Guest instructor: Polina Zueva

Polina is a Russian Pole Exotic instructor with about 8 years of experience. She has competed in PSO (gold medalist in Level 4 & 5 Heels) and internationally in Russia, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, She has also judged pole competitions in Vietnam. During her time in NY, she taught classes at Body & Pole, IncrediPole, Pole2Pole and has performed in “Schtick the Pole in it”. She is also an ACE certified personal trainer.

Hard-Style or "Russian Exotic" is a hard-hitting musical style of heels pole dance with dynamic and athletic flow.

Pre-reqs: This should NOT be your first heels class. Recommend having at least three months of heels experience to ensure your ankles have built up some strength for this style of dancing.

Attire: Boots and knee pads required. Barefoot, not recommended.
