Rotations on a static pole! Learn the style of pole where Dani is a master. Learn how to rotate each move from scriatch to create your own Fijatoria combination, just like a puzzle. Once you unlock this, your static pole never be the same!

Pre-reqs: Strong and controlled invert from the ground required. Aerial invert recommended.

Our bodies are strong - and the mechanics or the way a move looks will vary depending on our body shape and size. This class will support you in accomplishing challenging moves and tricks in a way that takes advantage of your body’s strengths while ensuring you feel supported and safe.
