My Favorite Pole Tricks is a workshop where I teach all favorite tricks and my own creations, such as the Dandelion, Cassiopeia split, Thunder split and many more. I focus on teaching the technique of each shape but I am also passionate about teaching unique ways to get in or out of these shapes, join this class and learn lots of new tricks as well as creative ways to get into or out of them.

Pre-reqs: Aerial inverts and floor shoulder mounts required. Some experience training ayeshas recommended.
