Guest instructor: Polina Zueva

Polina is a Russian Pole Exotic instructor with about 8 years of experience. She has competed in PSO (gold medalist in Level 4 & 5 Heels) and internationally in Russia, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, She has also judged pole competitions in Vietnam. During her time in NY, she taught classes at Body & Pole, IncrediPole, Pole2Pole and has performed in “Schtick the Pole in it”. She is also an ACE certified personal trainer.

POP-UP CLASS! ExoTricks is a special class for those who want to spice up their pole routines with some interesting low flow pole tricks/drops/spins and unusual transitions!

You are not going to learn choreography, you will just learn some very useful tricks, Exotic elements of different levels, interesting techniques, moves and transitions you could use later in YOUR routine, the way YOU like it and to YOUR favorite music.

Pre-reqs: Invert is not necessarily required BUT you need to be comfortable going upside down with one or two hands on the ground.

Attire: Bring your kneepads and platform boots.
