Yifan started dancing at age 17, when he found color guard through his high school. After high school, he continued his dance journey through ballet, modern, and jazz classes in addition to performing across the country and the world with the Concord Blue Devils, San Jose Raiders, and Fantasia. He continued to perform in varying capacities, including auditioning for “So You Think You Can Dance”. He’s also continued to teach both dance and color guard for various high schools across California.

Yifan currently performs in the Bay Area with groups such as PopStarBootyCamp, Baloney, and Pop Culture Immersives. He found VRV3 through a PSBC class and it is his home away from home. 5 months after he started pole,, he competed in PSO Golden Gate in Level 1 Entertainment and placed 1st, and is excited to share his passion with all of you!
