Find Your Verve

Welcome to our studio! Located in the Lower Haight neighborhood of San Francisco, we are here to guide and challenge you on your pole and aerial journey to fly! We hope you’ll come join our magical world to get a workout and make some friends.

At VRV3 Studios, we dance together, learn from one another, and grow as a diverse and inclusive family. We invite you to join us and be a part of this journey.  We believe that the beauty and power of pole dance is for everyone. We are committed to fostering a community that celebrates diversity, promotes equity, and ensures inclusion for all.

We offer pole and aerial classes 7 days a week for dancers and soon to be dancers alike. Our main floor has the height you need to really learn to fly while our downstairs space is designed to be a bit more cozy so you can get comfy with your sexy or really get your sweat on. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

All Levels Welcome

More about our studio

  • GETTING STRONG IS WHY YOU COME TO CLASS! Among other benefits, showing up to class will put you on the path to getting those gainZ you want! We cater classes to all levels, from first timer to advanced, so no matter what fitness experience you have, you’ll find moves you can execute in class. We love welcoming newcomers to our studio and sharing our love of pole dance with them. Hopefully you’ll find that you love it too!

  • Pole: We recommend wearing clothing that doesn’t cover your arms and legs. Using our skin is what allows us to grip the pole and not fall off! Clothing such as shorts, sports bras, tank tops or t-shirts are all items that will make climbing and gripping easy. Additionally, most classes are taught bare foot. All that being said…please wear what’s comfortable. If there’s something that is harder to do given your outfit choices we’ll try to modify or give you another option.

Some classes will have additional requirements, such as knee pads or pole heels. Make sure you check the class description before arriving so that you can be fully prepared! For fashion and function!

  • You can sign up right here on the website, or download our app.

There is limited capacity in each class, so sign up as early as possible!

  • You can cancel a class up to 12 hours before the start of class at no penalty. Unfortunately, after that it will be considered a late cancel and you will lose your class credit. Private parties must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. Special workshops must be cancelled 1 week in advance.

A no show is when you sign up and don't show up. No shows may be charged an additional no show fee, as well as losing their class credit.

If you’re just running a bit late, we have a 10 min grace period. Past 10 min you won’t be allowed to join class…we know…but we have to make sure you don’t miss warm up for your safety.

  • Free street parking is limited and capped at 2 hours. There is some metered parking. If you’re driving, allow yourself some extra time for The Parking Search, and it can’t hurt to make a sacrifice to the parking gods as well. It may seem far, but it is easier to park closer to Divisadero Street and walk 10 minutes.

Bus lines 7 and 22 stop on our block and we are a 5-minute walk from the Church Street muni stop.
