New Policy Effective January 1, 2018
A new cancellation policy is being implemented in 2018 to help protect VRV3 Studios, VRV3 instructors and our clients (that's you!). Here are all the policies in detail. The only exceptions that will be made are for medical conditions and require a doctor's note. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
You can cancel any drop-in class more than 12 hours before class time without penalty. Cancellations less than 12 hours before class will be considered a late cancel.
All special workshops must be cancelled one week in advance. Cancellations less than a week beforehand are nonrefundable.
To receive a refund, private parties must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. All rescheduling requests must also be made more than 48 hours in advance and will depend on instructor availability.
No worries! Traffic (and life) happens. You can still take class even if you're 15 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please be sure to late cancel your class. You will not be allowed to participate in class for your own safety.
If you are more than 10 minutes late and have not notified us, your spot will be given to someone on the wait list. So be sure to call/email us if you're running late!
There are absolutely no refunds for not showing up. So even if you're running late, you should still come. We'll still have a lot of fun!
Late Cancellation Penalties
Late cancellation will result in you losing that class credit. No additional fees apply.
Late cancellation will incur a $5 fee.
No Show Penalties
A "no show" is if you are signed up for a class and do not attend (being late does not count as a no show). Any one who is a no show will be charged a $10 no-show fee and will lose the class credit.
All penalties will be tallied and charged at the end of each month.
